Pete Runnels was a star infielder for the Washington Senators, Boston Red Sox and Houston Colt .45s from 1951 to 1964. During his time with the Red Sox, he was a 5-time All-Star and 2-time AL batting champion. Pete passed away in 1991 at the age of 63, and was later inducted into the Red Sox Hall of Fame in 2004.
