Tom Seaver Autographed Index Card PSA Slabbed

Tom Seaver, known by many as “Tom Terrific, was an All-Star pitcher who spent the majority of his career with the New York Mets. During his rookie year of play, Seaver set new Mets records and would go on to be named the National League Rookie of the Year. Part of the Amazin’ Mets, he led the 1969 Mets to a World Series Championship with his league-high 25 wins that season. A 12-time All-Star and 3-time NL Cy Young Award Winner, Seaver made history when he threw a no-hitter on June 16, 1978. Other accolades of his include 3-time NL Wins Champion, 3-time NL ERA Champion and 5-time NL Strikeout Champion. Throughout his career, he accumulated 311 wins, 3,640 strikeouts, 61 shutouts, and a 2.86 ERA. It was no surprise that in 1992 he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame with 98.8% of the vote on his first ballot. Seaver passed away in 2020 at the age of 75.
