Shipping Policy
Shipping Method - With the exception of free shipping, show tickets and unsigned show merchandise, we ship all orders via FedEx. Free Shipping is only offered for orders shipping in the United States, and will be shipped using the method of our choice. Orders of $500 or more will require a signature required upon delivery. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. (TRISTAR is not responsible for lost autographed memorabilia orders that were not selected to ship via FedEx - Example: Selecting USPS for in stock autographed memorabilia.)
Multiple Product Orders - We will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
International Orders - TRISTAR will ship your order to almost anywhere in the world. International shipping methods include USPS and FedEx. Some international shipments require the payment of brokerage, duties and/or taxes to the destination country. Any duties and taxes charged are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any fees charged back to TRISTAR due to nonpayment (or refusal) will be charged to the payment method used by the customer. When ordering outside of the U.S., the customer accepts full responsibility for any duties and taxes charged by the destination country.
