Riggs Stephenson (dec. 1985) was a lifetime .336 hitter for the Indians and Cubs. Put in perspective, he has the highest career batting average of any player from the 20th Century not elected to the Hall of Fame, with the exception of Shoeless Joe Jackson who is not eligible. Riggs hit over .300 in 12 of his 14 seasons, and by all accounts should be a Hall of Famer, and maybe one day the Veterans Committee will place him in baseball immortality. Offered here is a very seldom seen single-signed Official League baseball authenticated and Graded Near Mint to Mint 8 by PSA/DNA. For Hall of Fame baseball collectors, now is the time, because if the call finally comes from Cooperstown, the price of these will be out of sight.
