Pete Gray, born Pete Wyshner, (b. 1915 - d. 2003) was first of 3 one-armed men to play Major League Baseball, playing outfield for the St. Louis Browns. Gray was right-handed as a child before he lost his right arm in a wagon accident in 1923 at the age of seven or eight. His glove is in the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
