Mickey Mantle & Joe DiMaggio Autographed New York Yankees 8x10 Photo Framed

Mickey Mantle was a center fielder and first baseman for the New York Yankees for 18 seasons. One of the greatest players in baseball history, Mantle is known for being one of the best switch hitters of all time. His outstanding batting won him the Triple Crown in 1956 as he led the league in batting average, home runs, and runs batted in. Throughout his career, Mantle compiled a long list of achievements including twenty All-Star Game appearances, seven World Series Championships, three AL MVP awards, and a spot on the MLB All-Century Team. Mantle retired after the 1968 season and his #7 jersey was retired by the New York Yankees in honor of his stellar career. In 1974 Mantle was elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame, and passed away in 1995 at the age of 63.

Joe DiMaggio, former New York Yankees center fielder, is most remembered for his MLB record of a 56-game hitting streak. Throughout the Hall of Famer’s 13 seasons, he appeared in 13 All-Star Games, won nine World Series Championships, and was named AL MVP three times. The New York Yankees retired DiMaggio’s jersey after he retired in 1951 with a lifetime batting average of .325. DiMaggio passed away in 1999 at the age of 83.
