John Rockefeller & Henry Flagler Autographed 1898 Standard Oil Trust Certificate Framed

John Rockefeller has been considered the richest person in modern history. He founded the Standard Oil Company in 1870, and at his peak, he controlled 90% of all oil in the United States. Standard Oil was later forced to dismantle and broken up into separate entities, which included companies that became ExxonMobil, Chevron and more. Henry Flagler was approached by Rockefeller in 1867 seeking capital for his new venture. That partnership grew into the Standard Oil Corporation. This beautifully matted and framed 1898 Standard Oil Trust certificate was hand signed by both Rockefeller and Flagler. The signatures include a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
