Former Major League Baseball and Nippon Professional Baseball pitcher Joe Stanka (b. 1931 - d. 2018) played one season with the Chicago White Sox in 1959 and six years in the NPB league. Stanka was a 2-time NPB All-Star and 1964 Japan Series champion, Pacific League MVP and Japan Series MVP. This baseball was hand signed and inscribed by Stanka.
