Harry Brecheen Autographed National League Baseball

Harry Brecheen was a pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals in the 1940s and '50s. The 2-time All-Star helped lead the team to World Series championships in 1944 and 1946. He was the star of the 1946 series win over the Red Sox, and Brecheen became the first left-handed pitcher to win three games in a single World Series. Brecheen had a career World Series ERA of 0.83, which was a league record held for 30 years. After retiring as a player, he was a pitching coach for the Orioles from 1954 to 1967, and he won his third World Series in 1966. Brecheen passed away in 2004 at the age of 89.
