Billy Kilmer was an All-American quarterback out of UCLA. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers, and later played for the New Orleans Saints and Washington. He was named as one of the 70 Greatest Washington players, and was inducted into the team's Ring of Honor, as well as the Saints Hall of Fame.
